Consumer Rights — Statutory Guarantees
Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you have statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the ACL.
UK consumers have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital services must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the App does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a remedy. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services purchased online, unless the service has been fully performed before the withdrawal period ends. Subscription billing through app stores is governed by their respective terms. EU consumers also have rights under the Digital Services Act and national consumer protection laws.
Canadian consumers have rights under provincial consumer protection legislation. In Ontario, the Consumer Protection Act 2002 applies. Quebec consumers have additional protections under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). You have the right to clear and accurate pricing disclosure, and protections against unfair practices.
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), services must be fit for purpose, provided with reasonable care and skill, and completed within a reasonable time. These guarantees cannot be excluded for consumer transactions. The Fair Trading Act 1986 also applies.
US consumer protection is governed at both federal level (FTC Act) and state level. California consumers have additional rights under the CCPA. Subscription auto-renewal disclosures are made clearly in these Terms and in the App Store listing. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time through your App Store subscription settings.
